History is by far and away my favorite subject. What's that you say? It's dry and boring? You need some good stuff to make it not dry and not boring, then!

I wrote at length about history curriculum back in 2009 during our Marvelous Mondays series. Not too much has changed as we're total Mystery of History fanatics (and that's an affiliate link. Totally annoying that I have to interrupt your reading to tell you that, isn't it?)

Honestly, there's not a whole lot I would add to this list except that I completely forgot to tell you about how we study California history right in between volumes one and two of The Mystery of History. We use Beautiful Feet's study guide and book picks, plus the timelines are fun to color and display.
